internships

Open positions

Both internships are based in Belgium (Antwerp / Zoersel area) with flexibility for remote days. We work with students from any school or programme — what matters is your drive, not your degree.

Stage UX Design

Stage Antwerp / Remote Flexible dates

You'll work alongside our UX lead on real client projects — from discovery workshops and user research to wireframes, prototypes and accessibility audits. You'll be involved from day one and start to think like a system, not just a product.

What you'll do:

  • Support UX research, interviews and synthesis
  • Design wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Run WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility checks on designs and live products
  • Contribute to design systems and component documentation
  • Sit in on client calls and present your own work
  • Work with AI to research and design

Who you are:

  • Studying UX, interaction design, or a related field
  • Comfortable in Figma (or eager to get there fast)
  • Curious about accessibility and inclusive design
  • You ask questions, take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do

Stage Marketing

Stage Antwerp / Remote Flexible dates

You'll help us grow Juwix's presence and translate complex accessibility topics into content that actually resonates — on LinkedIn, in our insights blog, social media and in the conversations we have with potential clients.

What you'll do:

  • Write and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram and our insights section
  • Help develop our content strategy and editorial calendar
  • Research topics around accessibility, EAA compliance and inclusive design
  • Analyse what's working and suggest what to do next
  • Work with AI to research and write content

Who you are:

  • Studying marketing, communications, digital creative, or a related field
  • A strong writer with a clear, direct style
  • Interested in the intersection of design, tech and inclusion
  • You're proactive, organised and not afraid to share your own ideas
