Fewer steps, fewer people who give up
Your product works, but people still give up halfway: at a form, a checkout or a long process. We find what slows them down, redesign the flow and test it with real users. Then you know the new version is better, not just different.

What is Flow optimisation at Juwix?

What we do
Measure
Your data shows where people leave. Usability tests show why.
Find the friction
Too many choices, unclear words, an error that blocks people. We rank what we find by impact.
Redesign
A simpler flow, clearer copy and better feedback. Accessible from the start.
Test and compare
We test the new version with users, or set up an A/B test, and compare the results.
What you get
- A friction analysis
- Redesigned flows
- A test plan: usability test or A/B test
- A report with the results

Questions
Do we need a lot of traffic for this?
For an A/B test, yes. With less traffic, we test with a small group of users. A handful of people already shows the biggest problems.
Do you work with our analytics?
Yes. We start from the data you have. If something important is missing, we help you measure it.
Is this a one-off project?
It can be. Many clients keep improving step by step, as part of growth and maintenance.
Where do you work?
Juwix is a small studio in Antwerp, Belgium. We work with clients across Belgium and the rest of Europe.
